RPM Peninsula is the BBB ( Better Business Bureau ) accredited office; a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers;  a member of local Realtor associations (WAAR & VPAR); a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Williamsburg.

We are recognized as the best property management company of 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 by the Williamsburg Award Program. Our professional management team received the Platinum Sales Award & Top Property Management Team Award 2019-2021 of Virginia Peninsula Association Realtors. The Principal Broker, Baylee Wang, received the award for The Property Manager of The Year 2019 of Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors; Community Service Award 2020 of Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors.  In 2022, Baylee Wang received the Ann Sweringen Property Manager of the Year from Virginia Realtors. The Ann Swearingen Property Manager of the Year Award is presented to the industry’s highest achieving association members engaged in the field of residential property management.

Ms. Wang was the President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers Virginia Peninsula Chapter 2019-2020; a member of the Virginia Realtors Property Managers Council 2019-2022; Chair of the Property Management Committee at Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors 2018 & 2021. She is the Vice-Chair 2022 of the Virginia Realtors Property Managers Council.
